He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Van and Paula Sommer. He is survived by: his brothers, Josh Van (Amy) of New London and Tom Van (Krystal) of New London; and his nieces and nephews, Isla Van, Ellee Van, Jamison Van and Finnlee Van. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
