He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Schwind; his sons, James Chapman (Mary) of Madison and Chuck; his grandchildren, Christine Chapman, Jamie Chapman, Landon Chapman, Michaela Chapman, Stoney Eastman (Sarah), Holly Estrada (Garid), Maxwell Chapman and Danielle Maxwell (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Rosana, Gabriel, Roman and Aidric; and his brother Ed Chapman (Sharon). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
