He is survived by: his mother Diana; his sons, Mytchel and Dereck; his brother Kevin Warning (Melissa); his nieces and nephews, Karlie and Cole; his brother Michael Warning; his children, Kayla, Brett and Sawyer; his close friend Jeremy Gradl; his cousins, Karen Wild (Dan), Kathy Volz (Scott), Rachel Locy (Nick) and Rob Warning; his aunt Carol Wickesberg; his cousins, Janelle, Quinn, Dayne, Zander, Treven and Eden; and the mothers of children, Mary Warning, Tina Warning and Michelle Sargent.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been set up for his children's education.
