He was predeceased by: his stepson Cody Kalz; and his grandparents, Robert and Mae Ohlzen. He is survived by: his wife Fifi; his mother Roxann Moy (Dick); his children, Tara Moy, Hunter Moy, Ariel Schiavone, Nealle Hinkel-Twaites, Riley Moy and Madison Moy; his brother Jason Moy (Lana); his niece Lily; and his aunts, Roberta Ross, Bonnie Lamirand (Al) and Diane Ohlzen. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Chris's family would like to acknowledge that Chris gave the most precious gift anyone could give; the gift to save the lives of others through organ and tissue donations.
