He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Van Boxtel and Treichel; and his brother Clinton Lee. He is survived by: his adoptive father Gerald (Janet Van Boxtel); his parents, Gerald Boxtel and Janet Van Boxtel; his son Dakota Van Boxtel; his granddaughter Ella Rae White; his sister Danette Ploughman (Scott); his niece Samantha Ploughman; his nephew David Ploughman; and his brother Tim Berry. He is also survived by many loving uncles, aunts, and cousins.
