He was predeceased by: his parents, Doinysia "Doc" Ritchie and Florance Ritchie (Joubert); his spouse Charleene Ravey; his sons, Ken and Terry "Chum" Ritchie; his grandchildren, Eric, Scott and Heidi; his siblings, LeRoy, Phyllis Laughlin (Gene) and Lorraine Kettner (Carl); his son-in-law Willy Burton; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Rasmussen, Terry Werth, Russell Rusch, Janice Schiavone (Nick), Charlotte Mallot and Jen Rajek (Bob).
He is survived by: his children, Mike Ritchie (Pam), JoAnne Piotter (Jerry), Peggy Burton, Bernie Ritchie Jr. (Barb) and Cindy Ritchie (Al Anderson); his daughter-in-law Karen Ritchie; his siblings, Rosie Schultz (Dan), Margaret Rasmussen, Noni Gorges (Art), Rita Werth and Dave Ritchie (Bonnie); and his sister-in-law Darla Ritchie. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
