He was predeceased by: his brother James. He is survived by: his great-grandparent Allen John Lubinski; his wife Carol; and his children, Ken, LeeAnn (Steve), Terri (Glenn) and Travis (Bonnie). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
