He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Poppe and Irma Poppe (Pribbernow); his wife Sharon Wetzel; his granddaughter Jessica Poppe; his great grandchild Paisley Poppe; his siblings, Ruben Poppe, June Pethke, Ruth Handrich and Arleen Poppe; and his siblings-in-law, Arwyn Poppe and Bill Handrich.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa of Clintonville, Allen Poppe (Becky) of Bear Creek, Paul Poppe (Janice) of Monroe and Steven Poppe (Rachel) of Mosinee; his grandchildren, Nicole (Cory Smith), Cody (Karley), Angelina, Beth, Matthew, Danielle Whipple, Katie (Ryan Chrisco), Ella, Anna and Mica; his great grandchildren, Cory, April, Anthony, Christopher, Austin, Jasper, Taleigha, Juniper, Harper and Haylee; his sister Ardys (Darryl); and his brother-in-law Marvin Pethke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
