He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard O. Sr. Kvistad and Mildred Kvistad (Dutcher); and his siblings, Tammy Oldenburg, Donna Bowen, Darlene Williams and Terry Kvistad.
He is survived by: his significant other Rhonda Kvistad of New Lisbon; his children, John King (Ardella) of New Lisbon, Chris King (Tonya) of Necedah, Heather Scott (Chris Boggs) of New Lisbon and Brandi Dopson (Tony) of Tomah; and his siblings, Mertin "Skip" Rumppe, Iva DePaulaw (Bruce), Verna Osmond (Tim), Sharon Jotham (Bill), Shirley Windsor and Roxie Stone (Chuck). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
