He is survived by: his wife Renee Thomas of Jonesboro Arkansas; his mother Patricia Lee Winneshiek (Magiary) of New Lisbon; his sons, Nathan Tolbert of Jonesboro, AR and Tyler Tolbert of Jonesboro, AR; and his sisters, Katherine Dunahoo of Arkansas, Valery Allen of Lyndon Station, WI and Linda Brown of Portage, WI.
