He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hoover and Emma Hoover (Fobes); his wife Evelyn; his sisters, Helen and Marie; and his daughter-in-law Diane Hoover.
He is survived by: his children, Cecil Hoover of Farmington, MN, Charlotte Singletary (Keith) of Fletcher, NC, Joyce Schroeder (Jim) of Kendall and Jonathan Hoover of New Lisbon; and his siblings, Herbert "Herbie" Hoover, Betty Monahan, Alice Mitchell and Marian Meyers. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
