Dvorak of New Lisbon, Wisconsin, born in Sparta, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Kutcher; her siblings, Katherine Kutcher and Robert Kutcher Jr.; and her brother-in-law John Dvorak. She is survived by: her mother Lorraine Kutcher (Schultz) of New Lisbon; her husband Glenn Dvorak; her sons, Jason Dvorak (Jenny) of New Lisbon, Brian Dvorak (Johanna) of Deforest and Michael Dvorak of New Lisbon; her sister Helen York (John) of New Lisbon; her sisters-in-law, Elaine Larson (Ron) of Tomahawk, Carol Dvorak of Monona, Sonja Smith (Gary) of New Lisbon and Terri Taylor (Scott) of Ontario; and her grandchildren, Jared, Ethan, Amelia, Zoey, Hailey and Kaylin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
