He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Phillips Sr. and Grace Higgins; and his sister Mary Ellen Kiesner. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his siblings, Marianne Neuman (Michael), Holly Forchette (Dave), Patrick Phillips (Kathy) and Thomas Phillips; his children, Brenda Wolfe (Raymond), Robert Winter (James Wilde) and Lori; his grandchildren, Ryan Wolfe, Alexa Muza and Ivy Muza; and his brother-in-law Daniel Kiesner. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
