He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd and Gladys Duckworth (Neve); and his siblings, Gerald, Teddy, June and Clarence.

He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Brantner of Mauston; his children, Ariana and Gabe Duckworth (Molly Clark) of New Lisbon; and his grandchildren, Hannah Johnson, Samuel, Jakob, Ellery and Layne.
