He is survived by: his parents, Troy Lewis of New Lisbon and Tonia Hale (Haws) of Mauston; his siblings, Mercedez Lewis (Trenton) of Hustisford, Blayne Lewis of Mauston, Aerial Hale and Jayce Lewis of New Lisbon; his grandparents, Dave Lewis (Patricia) of New Lisbon and Kim Hale (Dawn) of Mauston; his aunts and uncles, Susan Schindler (Francis) of Hustler, Christine Lewis of Kansas, Terry Lewis, David Lewis of Reedsburg, Terri Bean of Sparta, Trish Gorn (Jim) of Kendall, Tabitha Parker (Justin) of New Lisbon, Eugene Haws (Lauren) of Tomah, Kimberly Osborne (Brian) of Mauston, Misty Hale (Christian) of Mauston and Pete Melde; and his cousins, Christopher Melde of Sparta and Sam Murphree of Virginia. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
