With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine Kozaites of New Lisbon, Wisconsin, born in Caraway, Arkansas, who passed away on January 13, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Looney and Themla Looney; her son Kenneth Kozaites; and her husband George Kozaites, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Lawrence (Ernie) of Chesterton, IN; and her grandchildren, Darlene Walters (Craig), Annette Charlson (Carl), Jason Lawrence (April) and Natalie Poston. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
