She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Michael (Annette) of Toronto, Canada and Linda Balgord-Fenton (Andy) of Bronxville, N. Y.; her grandson Evan Balgord; her brothers, Robert (Carol) of Onalaska and William (Regina) of Lyndon Station; and her husband Richard. She was also cherished by Her son and daughter, their spouses, and her grandson.
