She is survived by: her husband Glen; her mother Joanne Melton; her daughter Amanda Crubaugh (Jesse); her great grandchildren, Raelyn James and Anthony James; her siblings, Mike, Gayle, Karen, Peggy, Jodie and Diane; and also, Jesse II, Adrianna, Isabella and Gabriella. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
