He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Mark (Stephanie) of Germantown, TN, Douglas (Lisa) of New Berlin, WI, David (Guisella) of Boca Raton, FL and Becky Liebert (Paul) of Ivins, UT.; his grandchildren, Erin Gadbois (Michael), Tiffany Gadbois (Tony), Ashley Smith, Brittany Evansen, Sammy Jo Harwell (David), Danielle Evansen, Victoria Helming (Sam), James Evansen (Mackenzie), Alexandra Perz, Francesca Alas Servellon (Samuel), John Evansen, Jacqueline Evansen, Isabella Evansen and Abigail Evansen; his extended family Yvonne Iwen; and his siblings, Jean Stauber, Roderick Evansen, David Evansen and JoAnne Peterson. He is also survived by family, with his parents.
