He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry James Guzak Sr. and Lillian Ruth Guzak; his sister JoAnn; and his son Brian. He is survived by: his former wives, Joanne Mullen and Kaye Robertson; his daughters, Tami Hans of Long Beach and Beth Goldstein; his sister Vicki of New Lisbon; his grandchildren, Anthony Guzak, Victoria Reviere and Colin Guzak; his close friend Arvilla Novy; and also Larry Goldstein. He is also survived by her three children and five grandchildren.
