He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. West and Jacqueline E. West (Keller); his siblings, Phillip and Wendy; and his grandson Jason.
He is survived by: his wife Kay E. Parent of New Lisbon; his sons, Greg and Ken; his stepchildren, Jeff and Heather; and his sister Patsy. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
