Bernacki of New Lisbon; his daughter Sheri VanDoorn (Jamie) of Greenville, WI; his grandchildren, Madisyn and Nathan; and his siblings, Alida Kincade (Robert) of Trenton, MO, Conrad Greeno (Donna Rae) of Tomah, WI and Wilma Zett (Dan) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
