He is survived by: his spouse Marleta Preston; his daughter Gina Heckel of St. Paul, MN; his siblings, Charmaine Reid (Bill) of Henderson, NV, Kristy Koca of New Lisbon, Randy Rurup (Christine) of Adams Friendship and Mark Rurup of Marshall, WI; his grandchildren, Danielle Sherwood (Derrick), Lindsey Heckel, Nichole Heckel, Perry Jr., Becky Jo and Debbie Barts; and his foster sons, Andreas Schumacher (Monica) of Germany and Perry Nelson of New Lisbon.
