Curtiss Oakes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtiss Oakes of New Lisbon, Wisconsin, born in Cloquet, Minnesota, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Malcolm and Shirley Oakes (Clark); and his sister-in-law Kathleen Duel (Harris). He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann; his siblings, Steven, David Oakes (Amy) and Jolene (John Altrichter); his siblings-in-law, Patricia Gesler, Sheila Harris, Lisa Burns (James), John Harris, James Harris (Kathy) and Shawn Harris (Eivo Guerrini); his stepchildren, Walter McNeely, Heidi Coombs (Brian), Angela Sarazin (Jerry) and Tim McNeely; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney Polster (Ryan), Ashley Sakash (Tom), Addie Thimmesch (Jeremy), Jessica Oakes, Katie Pike (Mike Bellefeuille), Mason Oakes (Britta), Andrew Oakes (Taylor Staffon), Kurt Altrichter and Royal Oakes. He is also survived by his stepchildren, nieces and nephews, and their children were the children/grandchildren.
