He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Bickford and Jennie Bickford (Johnson); his brothers, Robert and David; and his daughter Missy Morrison.
He is survived by: his son Vance of Sparta; his wife Cleva J. Allen of New Lisbon; his daughter Kimberly Instenes (Doug) of Racine, WI; his grandchildren, Lauren Instenes, Dalen Instenes, Jackson Bickford, Benjamin Bickford, Chad Morrison (Brooke), Travis Morrison (Yolanda) and Andy Morrison (Kayla); his siblings, Don Bickford, Norman Bickford (Pat), Bruce Bickford (Diane), Dean Bickford (Twyla) and Kathy Leong; and his sister-in-law Mary Sue Bickford.
