She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon T. Jensen and Regina A. Jensen (Reitz); her husband Ray; and her sister Betty Lou Larson. She is survived by: her son Ronald Petrick (Tina) of New Lisbon; her grandchildren, Tonya Petrick (Jason) of New Lisbon and Nicholas Blodgett Petrick of New Lisbon; her brother Tom Jensen (Susan) of New Lisbon; her brother-in-law Kenneth Larson of Adams, WI.; and her grandchildren, Taylor, Joshua (Krista), Lydia (Broc), Matthew and Emily. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
