He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Kubale and Lucille Kubale (Freitag); his wife Shirley Voelker; and his parents-in-law, Edmund and Hildegard Voelker.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Rautmann (Robert) of Manitowoc, Kristine Esch (John) of Sheboygan and Mark Kubale (Becky) of West Bend; his grandchildren, Dustin Price (Joyce) of Manitowoc, Chad Rautmann of Chicago, Adam Rautmann of Milwaukee, Julie Miesfeld (Joel) of Brookfield and Laura Kurth (Matt) of Morgantown, WV; and his great grandchildren, Alexander, Joshua Price, Sophie, Eleanor, Roslyn, Clara Miesfeld, Audrey, Gretchen and Katherine Kurth.
A memorial fund will be established in his name.
