He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Chermak and Kathryn Chermak (MacKenzie). He is survived by: his children, Adam Graf (Kim) of Stephenson, MI, Sam Olson (Shawn) of Brillion, Doug Graf of Appleton and Macklin (Lacey Brown) of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Abbey, Caleb, Emma, Willow, Alex, McKayla, Riley, Taylor, Landon and Daisy; his brother Jim Chermak (Betty) of Waukesha; and his cousin Al Chermak (Carol) of Manitowoc. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many close friends.
