He is survived by: his wife Carol Crandall; his daughters, Leanne Johnson (John) and Beth Holmes; his grandchildren, Michael Johnson (Chelsea), David Johnson (Alison), Christine Oshiki and Julia Oshiki; his great grandchild Colton; his sisters, Judy Henderson (James) and Linda Higley (Woody); and his sisters-in-law, Marjorie Holmes and Susan Glaser. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
