He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Westby and Bernace Westby; his sister Audrey; his brother-in-law Leonard Marty; and his wife Elaine Westby.
He is survived by: his significant other Elaine Throndson; his brother-in-law Russell Throndson; his cousin Ronald Wallace; his close friends, Russell, Joann Throndson, Ronald and Shirley Wallace; his sons, Gregory Westby (Kathleen) and Gary Westby (Debra Anderegg); his grandchildren, Joshua Westby (Allison), Amanda Noll (Matthew) and Andrew Westby (Kathryn); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Paxton Westby, Penelope and Amelia Noll; and also Keith Kammerud. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established.
