He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Vetterli and Marie Vetterli (Schwartzenberger); his siblings, Hank Vetterli and Gertrude Pepper; his sister-in-law Betty Vetterli; and his daughter-in-law Marian Vetterli.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Matzinger; his sons, Paul Jr. Vetterli (Heidi) and John Vetterli; his grandchildren, Phillip Vetterli (Jennie), Casie Vetterli (Tim Stiles), Joanna Stelter (Dustin), Amy Vetterli (Codie Dull), Mike Vetterli (Kiana Asada), Tom Vetterli (Sonomi) and Jake Vetterli; his great grandchildren, Kali, Cody Stelter and Aspen Vetterli; and his brother Roy Vetterli. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
