She is survived by: her husband George E. Mayerhofer; her children, Greg, Kimberly and George (Trina); her grandchildren, Natasha, Tatiana, Tanner, Hunter, Ranger, David, Haley (Gavynn) and Corrigan; her great grandchildren, Ashton, William, Oliver and Ashlynn; and her siblings, Wanda and Larry. She is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of gifts, memorials are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
