He was predeceased by: his father Robert Niles; his daughter Heather Niles; and his brother William Joseph Niles. He is survived by: his mother Jane Niles (Orr); his wife Pat Niles; his children, Edward Niles (Rachel) and Danielle Lang; and his siblings, Marsha Hunter and Virgil Niles. He is also survived by grandchildren.
