He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dahlk and Lydia Dahlk (Zurbuchen); his wife Louanne Davis; and his brothers, Harlan Dahlk (Ardys) and Clinton Dahlk.

He is survived by: his children, Jeannie Siegel (Robin), Julie Tyler, Connie Krawczyk (Mike) and Marty Dahlk (Sherri); his grandchildren, James Nolden (Erin), Margo Herfel (Ross Laufenberg), Lyndse Buol (Brad Dopkins), Kellie Kubiak (Alex), Rachel Tyler, Alexander Dahlk and Aubrey Krawczyk; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Beau and Laufenberg; his brother Howard Dahlk (Chris); his in-laws, Sue Dahlk, Barbara Hodgson, Jim Davis, Betty Sweeney (Dwight), Carolyn Davis (Tom Stevenson) and Alan Grindle; and his pets, Curly and Lambeau. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
