She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred "Fritz" Thyes and Marie Thyes (Smits); her husband Jim (Jim); and her siblings, James Thyes (Lois), Doris Tilkens (Jack) and Fred Thyes (Marilyn).
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Neuzil (Daniel); her grandchildren, Mason, Kennedy and Cayden; her sister Shirley Daoust (Jim); and her in-laws, Kenneth Jacobs (Maggie), John Jacobs (Cathy), Carol Jacobs, Marjorie Everard, Marion Leiterman (Andy), Rosemary Jacobs, Donald Jacobs (Shirley), Richard "Dick" Jacobs, Betty Jane Jonet (Tony), Lester Everard and Vera Thyes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
