He is survived by: his wife Sandra M. Deprey; his children, Richard Jr. (Susan Mleziva) and Amy Hoffmann (Jason); his grandchildren, Kendra Vertz, Shanice Clark (Kylee), Erin Vertz (Marcus) and Jacob Hoffmann; and his pet Kallie.
