He was predeceased by: his father Donald Boulanger; and his mother-in-law Shirley Roush. He is survived by: his mother Irene Boulanger (Nickel); his wife Kelly Roush; his children, Cassie Boulanger (Ethan Bridenhagen), Carlee Boulanger (Austin Tolman) and Connor Boulanger; his grandson Hayden Tolman; his siblings, Julie Roellchen (Eric) and Kurt Boulanger (Vicky); and his father-in-law Gerry Roush. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
