He is survived by: his mother Anna Mae Dorner (Worachek); his wife Lynn M. Boulanger; his children, Cindy Conard (Mike), Tammy Lemberger and Randy Dorner (Jenna); his grandchildren, KJ, Kendra, Cameron and Coletyn; his siblings, Jean Cherovsky, Paul Dorner (Sandie), Charles "Carl" Dorner (Jo Ann), Rita Wilquet, Peter Dorner (Connie) and Glen Dorner (Shelley); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Dorner and Brian Boulanger (Barb).
