She is survived by: her mother Shirley Machurick (Gasall); her former husband Steven D. Hoffmann; her husband Steve; her children, Chad Hoffmann (Stacy) and Jean Doxtator (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Anna, Blake Hoffmann, Avery and Elliot Doxtator; her sisters, Marcia Kazmer (Terry) and Lisa Jacobs (Henry); and her siblings-in-law, Randall Hoffmann, David Hoffmann (Susan), Pamela Trick and Jill Hoffmann. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
