He is survived by: his friend Jim Derenne; his children, Chad Bouche and Kristy Leach; his grandchildren, Carter and Megan; his girlfriend Cindy Dart; his partner's child Tracy; his siblings, Dan Bouche (Cheryl), Francine Charles, Ginger Piontek (Gale), Hal Bouche (Laurie), Ian Bouche (Jackie), Kevin Bouche (Stacy) and Lance Bouche (Pamm); and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Hoppe (Doug), Dennis Zima (Kim) and David Zima. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
