He is survived by: his spouse Yvonne "Bonnie"; his grandchildren, Terry, Nick, Jennifer (Rob), Jake (Melissa), Kelly (Jared), Jonathan (Alyssa), Austin, Tara Jo and Eric; his great grandchildren, Max, Amelia, Emmeline, Lila, Brooklynn, Lola and Lincoln; his sibling Lorraine Salentine (Birdie); and his parent Evelyn Casper. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight or the Holy Apostles building fund appreciated.
