He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon; his son Jeff Pierce; and his brother Raymond Further. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Pierce-Woyach (Michael), Sue Machmueller (Rich) and Patrick Pierce (Julie); his grandchildren, Sarah, Daniel, Allison (Andrew), Colleen, Kayla, Travis and Spencer; and his sister Joanne Haufschild. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
