He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; his son David Moldenhauer; his parents, Elmer Moldenhauer and Irene Moldenhauer; and his brothers, James and John.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Ehrick (Douglas) and Laura Joerres (Eugene); his daughter-in-law Mary Moldenhauer (Mark Giesfeldt); his grandchildren, Jason Ehrick (Robin), Rebecca Grailer (Jamison), Matthew Moldenhauer (Cassandra), Bradley Moldenhauer (Christine), Kathryn Dunkleberger (Nicholas), Daniel Joerres (Jenna) and Adam Joerres (Kim); and his sisters-in-law, Judith and Carol Moldenhauer.
