Vernon Lee Baumgart Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2025, at the age of 86, Vernon Lee Baumgart (New Berlin, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Baumgart and Florence Baumgart (Schwedler); his grandson Shaymus Guinn; his brothers, Eugene and Lloyd Baumgart; his stepbrothers, Ken and Gus Christiansen; his stepmother Helen Baumgart; and his in-laws, Jack, Elna and John Hansen.
He is survived by: his wife June; his daughters, Kris Grutzner (Fritz), Luann Bronek (Peter) and Karla Hansen (Paul); his granddaughters, Eva Grutzner Cox (Bradley), Sophie Grutzner, Emma Rose, Anna Grutzner and Lydia Fliess; his great grandchildren, Elijah and Eleanor Grutzner Cox; his siblings, Shirley Busch, Beverly Hall and Marilyn Whitley (Warren); his sister-in-law Wilma Baumgart; his stepsiblings, Jerry Christiansen (Jan) and Julie Hegeman; and his siblings-in-law, Dick Hansen (Paulette), Linda E. Hansen and Chuck Hansen (Roberta).
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Raymond Community Church (8217 W 6 Mile Rd, Franksville, WI 53126). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
