He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Kallenberger and Bette Kallenberger; and his brother Jim Kallenberger. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Vicki Haslbeck (Ryan); and his sister Nancy Amante (Jerry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials to the McMiller Youth Shooting Camp are appreciated.
