He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hetrick and Helen Hetrick; and his brother Paul Hetrick. He is survived by: his wife Carole; and his siblings, Patrick Hetrick (Bernadette), Michael Hetrick (Sandra), Jerome "Tim" Hetrick (Deborah), Bernard Hetrick (Cindy) and Mary Hetrick. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
