He was predeceased by: his brother Charles Conway (Naomi); and his brother-in-law Lamont Jagers. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Bales; and his children, Connie Asarpota (Rajesh), Jennifer Kennison, Steven Conway, Melissa Wilke (David) and Patrick Conway (Rebecca). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials to Amyloidosis Foundation.
