She was predeceased by: her cousin Tom Freeward (Ginny); her parents, Harold Foelker and Blanche Foelker; her sister Sandra; and her brother-in-law George Gross.

She is survived by: her husband Mark E. Kruschke; her nephew Jason Gross (Shannon); and her stepsons, Mark Kruschke, Michael Kruschke (Angie) and Jason Kruschke. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Suzanne to Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
