She is survived by: her children, Gregory (Gayle Havlicek) and Donna; her husband Norman; her grandchildren, Brian, Lisa Havlicek, Derek, Tracy Hug, Greg Bartz, Amanda Havlicek, Sheree Havlicek, Chris, Casandra, David Gaus, Kyle Havlicek, Aila, Joey Havlicek, Michelle Meleen, Marcus, Andrea Meleen, Morgan Meleen and Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Jordan, Mason, Ariahana, Ayden, Shelby, Bowie, Ben, Luci, Logan, Ariana, Briana, Layne and Oliver.
