She is survived by: her significant other Frank Melzl; her daughter Amy Kohler of Scottsdale, AZ; her grandchildren, Kennedy, Kyani, Kase and Kannon; and her siblings, John Hopkins Jr. (Mary Lou) and Frances Quinn (Patrick).
